D-G-V TIAMAT

Welcome to the D.G.V. Tiamat. We are a vessel with small numbers , and BIG ideas and dreams . We support any genre of sci-fi and dedicate ourselves to upholding the ideas and beliefs of Gene Roddenberry and others who have created such sci-fi worlds for us . We have no fees or dues so everyone is able to express their love of sci-fi freely . We have an online yahoo community and also have a local part that plans out community events , fundraisers , and volunteering . Feel free to check us out , ask questions and if you wish join .Please feel free to inquire about being an active local ship member for those in Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas . For those who live in other out of the way areas please feel free to ask about getting stuff started locally in your area .

Current news :

We have been growing steadily in numbers for the past couple months . For a while our ship had a recruiting freeze while many life changing events were going on among many different members . Those events were very positive , however many of us needed some time to enjoy life and good friends on the ship and thus a stop in recruiting .

We are back up and recruiting and I must say that our numbers are really up . We currently have roughly 20 adult members who are active on the ships yahoo group 4 adults who are not active but attend gatherings and roughly 15 cadets from adults who are members .
